Collaborative enquiry using coaching skills — NESCOT

Summary This 2017/18 Outstanding Teaching, Learning and Assessment (OTLA 3) project, which involved NESCOT and Brooklands, Guildford, and East Surrey colleges, aimed to advance collaborative professional development that results in continuous innovation and improvement in teaching and learning, is owned by teachers and embedded in practice. At the end of the project, participants 'agreed strongly' that collaborative enquiry provides effective feedback relevant to teachers' professional development needs.
